Issue: When connecting to the new InRelease Preview to TFS 2013 the following error may appear: TF30063: You are not authorized to access <TFS Server Collection>.
Error message: TF30063: You are not authorized to access <TFS Server Collection>.

Solution: Open the VS2013 Preview x86 Command Prompt.

Run the following command: tfssecurity /g+ “Team Foundation Service Accounts” n:<Server\UserAccount> ALLOW /server:<TFS URL>.
Refresh the password, retry, and verify.
